PrintWiz Terms Of Service

By placing an order with PrintWiz, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Artwork & Design Responsibility

If you supply your own artwork or design files, PrintWiz takes no responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, typos, colour issues, resolution problems, or layout mistakes. We will print your file exactly as it is supplied unless pre-arranged otherwise.

We strongly recommend checking all artwork thoroughly before submitting. If you would like us to check or assist with layout, please let us know prior to printing – additional charges may apply.

If PrintWiz designs your artwork, a proof will be supplied to you for approval. Printing will not commence until written confirmation is received.

2. Proofing

All customers are responsible for approving final artwork proofs. We are not liable for errors that are visible in the approved proof (including spelling, punctuation, layout, image quality, or colour).

Once a proof is approved, any further changes may incur an additional fee.

3. Turnaround & Delivery

Turnaround times vary depending on the product, quantity and print method. We will provide an estimated completion date when your order is placed. Delays caused by third-party suppliers, couriers or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of PrintWiz, though we will always do our best to meet your deadlines.

Shipping times are separate from production times. Once items leave our premises, we are not responsible for transit delays or lost parcels.

4. Payment

All prices quoted include GST unless otherwise specified. A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins. Invoices must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery unless a prior arrangement is in place.

5. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. Orders already in production may not be cancelled or refunded. Design or pre-production work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed goods, refunds or returns are only offered where goods are found to be defective or not as approved. All claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. If an issue is confirmed, we will offer a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.

7. Colour Variation

Please note that colour output may vary between digital screens and printed materials. Minor variation in colour is normal and not considered a fault.

8. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce any content, logos or images supplied for your project. PrintWiz takes no responsibility for copyright infringement related to materials you provide.
