PrintWiz Printing Agreement

1. Design Responsibility

You understand and agree that PrintWiz is not responsible for errors in any artwork, designs, or files that we did not create.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Typos and spelling errors

• Incorrect layouts

• Low-resolution or pixelated images

• Colour variations

• Bleed, trim, or sizing issues

If you supply your own design, it will be printed exactly as submitted. We do not automatically check, edit, or correct externally supplied artwork. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate before submitting your files.

If we are designing the artwork for you, we will provide a digital proof for your review and approval. We will not proceed to print until we receive written approval from you.

3. Turnaround & Delivery

We will provide an estimated timeframe for production at the time of quoting or order confirmation. While we aim to meet all deadlines, PrintWiz is not liable for delays caused by courier services, suppliers, or events beyond our control.

Delivery times are separate to production time. Once the job leaves our premises, it is in the hands of the delivery provider.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please let us know immediately. If work has already commenced (design, prep, or printing), fees may apply.

Jobs that have entered production cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any custom work completed up to the point of cancellation will be charged accordingly.

7. Colour Variation

You understand that printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen or from previous print runs. This is due to the nature of digital and offset printing and is not considered a fault.
